We recognize that many patients are concerned about the potential side effects of fluoride. If you choose not to use it, we may suggest nano-hydroxyapatite as an alternative. Natural enamel is 97% hydroxyapatite, so this treatment is very effective at remineralizing enamel and minimizing the risk of cavities.
